Well... about me. Because it's just me here, Adam 😄
My name is Adam and I created AJ bikes
I've been close to bikes since I was a kid. Over time I realised they're amazing, simple machines, whether for short rides or long journeys. Running makes everything hurt, public transport takes forever and a car is expensive 😅🚲
I've ridden thousands of kilometres across Europe and Africa, and on my very first trip I realised how important it is to have your bike in perfect condition. So after my first big journey I got into servicing, learning on my own and my friends' bikes, with a bit of YouTube too. Later I went through many mechanic trainings and worked in several bike workshops.
Today I do all types of servicing, sell components and give advice on everything cycling. What motivates me and pushes me forward most is customer feedback. That's when I realise it's more of a hobby and passion than a job for me.
